May I order by phone?
We are always happy to assist you with an order! Although we go through the same process as you would yourself online, feel free to call us and we will input your order for you. When are orders processed?
We do our best to process all orders ASAP! All purchases are shipped out of Los Angeles. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be process within 24 hours. Purchases made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email or phone.
PAYMENT & PURCHASES
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & AMEX. Due to credit card company policy, for orders greater than US$200, we must ship to your billing address, or we need a signed statement stating that the card holder had instructed us to ship to a different address.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A 8.00% sales tax will be added on packages going to California. Shipments to addresses outside of California will not be charged a sales tax.

How much does shipping cost?
Free UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states for merchandise orders above $100.
For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air options. Shipping costs will be calculated once you enter your destination zip code. You may select your desired shipping option before completing your order.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO?
We can ship using USPS! Please call us at 888-SOY-SOFT (769-7638) or 1.714.974.7770 to place your order via the phone. We will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and a shipping and handling fee will be charged (25% in addition to your shipping fee).
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes we do! Currently, our system calculates orders using UPS. If you'd like to compare your shipping options with USPS, please call us at 1.714.974.7770 to place your order via the phone. We will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and a shipping and handling fee will be charged (25% in addition to your shipping fee).
Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, please call us at 1.714.974.7770 to place your order via the phone. Your billing and shipping address MUST be the same for us to process your order. We will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and a shipping and handling fee will be charged (25% in addition to your shipping fee). All packages will be shipped with a trackable option and insured in case the package is lost to protect your loss.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been processed. If you have any additional inquries, please call us and have your order number handy when you call.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Babysoy stands behind our products and are confident you will enjoy our line. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it, return the unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days from purchase to babysoy for a credit, replacement or refund.
Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are nonrefundable.
In the event that you are not and would like to return or exchange it, please call or email us email@example.com with the reason for the return and please provide your order number and the item number of the item you wish to return. We will provide you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include in the address field. Return your items and a copy of your order with instructions to:

We strongly advise that you insure your returned package in case of loss or damage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FREE SHIPPING: If your purchase qualifies for our free shipping, and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
How do I return a gift?
We cannot issue a refund to a gift recipient. We can however process the items for an exchange. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org phone for exchange for a gift item. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
