RETURNS & EXCHANGES

{terms}
You may return any babysoy product purchased only via www.babysoyusa.com for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase if the item is in its original condition with the tags attached.

WITHIN 15 days of your original purchase we will provide a full credit card refund, provide an exchange or a store credit.

AFTER 30 days from your original date of purchase, if the item is in its original condition with the tags still on, we will provide store credit on babysoyusa.com for the original purchase value. If the item is not in its original condition or if it is past 60 days from its original date of purchase, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

{initiate an exchange or return}
To initiate an exchange or return please have your order number or gift order number ready and e-mail: customercare@babysoyusa.com or call us at 909.606.3069 Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM PST to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). We are not able to process your refund without an original order number from babysoyusa.com.

Once you have received an RA#, please ship the items to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return.

We recommend that you use tracking or delivery confirmation with your shipping method just to be safe.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for babysoy to refund your credit card upon receipt.

{items purchased from other retailers}
We do not accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than babysoyusa.com. Please contact them directly to process your desired exchange or return.

{returning a gift}
If you are returning items that you received as a gift you will receive a store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. Please have the gift giver's name available when you contact us if you do not have a gift receipt with your items.

Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any future orders on babysoyusa.com. If you would like to exchange your gift item, we will apply your store credit towards your exchange order. If your exchange order costs more than your return, please provide your credit card information so that we may charge the remaining balance to your card.

{other issues}
If you received an item that was incorrect, please contact customercare@babysoyusa.com and we will be happy to correct your order.
