Here are answers to some commonly asked questions:

1. What is Azlon from Soy Fiber?

It is a sustainable textile fiber made from renewable natural resources - the leftover soybean pulp from tofu or soy milk production. It is a green textile fiber that possesses the superior qualities of both natural and synthesized fibers.

2. Do you offer gift packaging? 

Yes, we offer two types of gift packaging, 1. babysoy signature box, 2. Keepsake Box. On the product page, right below the "ADD TO CART" Icon, you will see images of the boxes, please select/check the box you wish to purchase, then you will be able to enter your gift messages right below. All items in the shopping cart will then be placed in the gift box (so you only need to select the gift box for one item you plan to purchase). A gift receipt will be included.

3. Missing sizes

You will notice that some of the sizes are missing from the selection menu in the product details page. This means that we are out of stock on that size. Please check back or email us at customercare@babysoyusa.com to inquire about its restock schedule.

 

4. Shipping windows

We typically ship orders out within 1 business day.

 

5. International Shipping 

Yes, we ship to most countries world wide. For Asian Countries/Regions, we might be able to ship from our Shanghai warehouse at a more competitive rate. Please email customercare@babysoyusa.com with your desired purchased items and we will reply with a shipping quote.

Please note that it's recipient's responsibility to pay import duty and related custom brokerage fees when applicable. 

 

6. Returns and exchange

We accept returns of any item you purchased from Babysoy within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

If you would like to exchange for size/color/styles, please contact customercare@babysoyusa.com for RA# and send items back to us as long as the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

 

7. Flame Retardant  

Our clothes are not treated with flame retardants so they are designed to fit snug.
